Is it harder to have a good relationship and not so great sex, or a not so great relationship and great sex?

Lets say you dated a girl and you all got a long really well, like a house on fire, but the sex wasnt as great as you expected and it needed a little work.
Then on the other hand, you have a girl who is great in bed, but the relationship needs some work.
Which situation would you rather be in, the one where the sex needed work or the one where the relationship needed work?

You can always teach her i guess, lol. But you can't teach someone how to be a good partner in a relationship.
